Approach

A process your operations team can approve

Cinematic results come from planning, not luck. This is the sequence we run on every engagement, scaled to the size of the production.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We start with the business problem, not the shot list. Stakeholders, audience, channel, approval chain, timeline and the measure of success.

  2. 02

    Creative & Production Design

Treatment, narrative structure, deliverable matrix, schedule and budget. Risk, access and site requirements are resolved on paper first.

  3. 03

    Production

Small, senior crews. Documented safety and site compliance. Redundant media handling and daily backups from the field.

  4. 04

    Post-Production

Edit, colour, sound, motion graphics and captioning. Structured review rounds so legal, communications and leadership see the right cut at the right time.

  5. 05

    Delivery & Handover

Versioned masters, accessible captions and transcripts, format-correct social cuts, clear licensing and an organized archive you own.

Principles

How we make decisions

Story before spectacle

A drone shot does not fix an unclear message. We settle the argument the film is making before we design the look.

Small senior crews

Fewer people, more experience. Faster on site, less disruptive in clinical and industrial environments, easier to approve.

Accessible by default

Captions, transcripts and contrast-checked graphics are part of the deliverable, not a change order after launch.

You own the assets

Masters, project files where contracted, and an organized archive handed over with clear licensing terms.

Planning

Bring us in before the budget is locked

The cheapest time to solve a production problem is during planning. We are happy to review a draft brief or RFP scope and flag what will cause trouble later.
